Capsule Information : Each bovine-free, enteric-coated, soft capsule is made only from vegetable gum (agar-agar) and plant cellulose fiber. The soft capsule eliminates the need for artificial preservatives and additives, and protects the contents from the corrosive action of the stomach's acids.

DR OHHIRA’S NATURAL PLANT SEEDS OMEGA-3-6-9 EFA’S PROFORMULA

Dosage: 1 – 3 capsules with each meal.

This is a rich source of non-contaminated Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’S). The oils are from seven scientifically selected plant seeds; green tea seeds; avocado seeds; flax seeds; olive seeds; sunflower seeds; rice seeds; and corn seeds. They are high in Linolenic Acid (Omega-3); Linoleic Acid (Omega-6); Oleic Acid (Omega-9); Bioflavonoids; micronutrients: Vitamin #; Campesterol: Stigmasterol; B-sitosterol and oryzanol. A cold-pressed extraction method preserves the natural qualities and properties of the plant seeds. No GMO (genetically modified organisms) are used. The seeds are grown naturally and hand-gathered in Japan.

INGREDIENTS:

GREEN TEA SEED: 40 MG. Unique to Dr Ohhira’s EFA product, the green tea seed oil is extracted from the tea plant, Camillia sinesis, which is widely known in Asia and elsewhere for its antioxidant and anti-tumor capabilities.

FLAXSEED: 20 MG. Flaxseed oil, from the plant Linum usitarissimum, is the most abundant and rich dietary source of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. Alpha-linolenic acid, which comprises up to 59% of most high quality flaxseed oil, is rich in Omega-3. Flaxseed oil also is a source of many nutrients and micronutrients.

SUNFLOWER SEED: 80 MG. Sunflower seed oil, from the plant Helianthus annus, is high in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and potassium. The oil also has a high concentration of Vitamin E. The primary EFA’s in sunflower seed oil are oleic acid and linoleic acid.

AVOCADO SEED: 40 MG. Avocado seed oil, from the plant Persea Americana, is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid and Vitamins A, B1,B2, D, and E. It contains protein, amino acids, palmitic acid, stearic acid, pantothenic acid and lecithin.

OLIVE SEED: 20 MG. Olive seed oil, from the plant Olea Europaea, is comprised of EFA, Vitamins and water-soluble components. The primary EFA‘s are oleic acid and linoleic acid. Oleic acid is monounsaturated while linoleic acid is polyunsaturated. Olive seed oil is rich with polyphenols, a plant antioxidant.

RICE BRAN: 160 MG. Rice bran oil, from the plant Oryza saliva, contains a balanced profile of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It also contains tocopherol, tocotrienol, oryzanol, squalene and phytssetrol. Oryzanol reduces the harmful cholesterol (LDL) without reducing the good cholesterol (HD). Tocotrienol is one of the most powerful Vitamin E sources in nature.

CORN SEED : 40 MG. The corn seed oil, from the plant Zea mays, is refined only from non-GMO corn seeds. It contains high levels of good oils and critical amino acids, such as lysine, threonine and tryptohpan.
