If you have health questions and concerns and your medical doctor has not been able to help you it would serve you well to seek the help of a nutritional consultant well-versed in food intolerances and allergies and have an IgG Food Intolerance Screening. It is believed that 60 to 80 million Americans have allergies and/or intolerances!! 70 – 80 % of the population has been medically documented as having Delayed-Onset Food Allergies or Intolerances. That means the food you eat today may not cause a negative reaction for as many as 7 days later!!

WHAT EXACTLY IS A FOOD INTOLERANCE?

Food allergy occurs when the immune system,
by means of a mixture of immune cells,
antibodies and chemical mediators,
reacts in an attempt to reject a food.

Do you or does someone you know suffer

from any of the following nagging health conditions?

  • ADD/ADHD
  • (IBS)
  • Arthritis
  • Autism
  • Headaches

FOOD INTOLERANCES:

“Medical research documents the majority of the population suffers from IgG-mediated food allergies. In fact, 70-80% of the population who currently suffer from chronic medical conditions of unknown cause, and who have proven poorly responsive to conventional medical interventions, are suffering from IgG-mediated delayed-onset food allergies.”

– James Braly, MD, Author of “Food Allergy Relief”

Food Intolerances are intimately linked to the body’s immune system. The immune system is the body’s defense against foreign invaders, such as poisons and harmful bacteria. When one is intolerant to a food their body does not completely digest it, allowing incompletely digested food to enter the bloodstream where it is treated as an “invader” and is targeted by the IgG antibodies. Therefore, if someone regularly eats foods to which they are intolerant they are continually placing their immune system under stress. In these circumstances the immune and detoxification systems use their energy and reserves to fight food components which should not be there.

Reactions produced by food intolerances are inflammatory and can be involved in a whole host of chronic health problems, some severe and some “nagging”. The symptoms are often ‘masked’, that is, they mimic the symptoms of common problems such as headache, fatigue and joint pains. Sometimes food intolerances will not produce the same reaction each time. The foods or substances that cause masked reactions are often the ones individuals are exposed to on a regular basis. In fact, someone may crave the food causing the problem, and feel temporarily better for eating it. As previously mentioned, the reactions are often delayed therefore the sufferer doesn’t associate the problem with the particular food causing it.

Many people who suffer from IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBD, Irritable Bowel Disease, have discovered that their problems disappear when they find out that they are intolerant to some foods, and eliminate those foods or use a Nutritional Protocol to reduce or eliminate those food intolerances.

In fact, many problems can be cleared up or improved using Nutritional Protocols. Once you have determined what you are intolerant to, by taking the IgG ELISA Food Intolerance Test, you can contact a nutritional consultant to determine what your specific Nutritional Protocol would be or you can follow a Rotation Diet.

A few of the experiences people have reported leading to taking the Food Intolerance Tests are:

  • Abdominal Pains
  • Aches & Pains
  • Acne
  • Anxiety
  • Arthritis
  • Asthma
  • Attention Deficit Disorder
  • Autism
  • Bloating
  • Breathing Difficulties
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Celiac Disease
  • Colic & Colitis
  • Constipation
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Diarrhea
  • Dizziness
  • Eczema
  • Epilepsy
  • Fatigue
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Fluid Retention
  • Gastric Ulcers
  • Headaches
  • Hyperactivity
  • Inner Ear Infections/Otitis Media

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Lethargy
  • Loss of Appetite
  • Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME)
  • Migraine
  • Mouth Ulcers
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Nausea
  • Obesity
  • Overly Tired
  • Panic Attacks
  • Psoriasis
  • Rashes
  • Rhinitis
  • Sickness (in General)
  • Sinusitis
  • Skin Problems
  • Stomach Cramps
  • Tension
  • Urticaria (Hives)
  • Weight Gain
  • Weight Loss
  • Wheezing
  • Numerous Other Problems

Food allergies and intolerances have been implicated in all of the above conditions plus a hundred more! Around 80% of people with these chronic conditions who have tested for food allergies and intolerances were found to have them. Of this number 79% found improvement by eliminating the suspect foods from their diets or by following certain Nutritional Protocols. One year later a full 70% of people who continued to maintain their Nutritional Protocols also maintained their improved health!

A Large number of conditions that people suffer from these days are not always adequately treated by “main stream” medicine, and there is increasing evidence that food intolerance is an important factor in many uncomfortable and often chronic illnesses.

Reactions produced by food intolerances are inflammatory and can be involved in a whole host of chronic health problems, some severe and some “nagging” the symptoms are often ‘masked’ and mimic the symptoms of common problems such as headache, fatigue and joint pains, among other complaints. Sometimes food intolerances will not produce the same reaction each time. The foods or substances that cause masked reactions are often the ones individuals are exposed to on a regular basis. In fact, someone may crave the food causing the problem, and feel temporarily better for eating it. This has sabotaged many a dieter attempting to lose weight! The reactions are often delayed and therefore the sufferer doesn’t associate the problem with the particular food causing it.
