How Does The Indicator Test Work?
The food SCAN Food Intolerance Indicator Test analyses your blood against a mix of the most common food allergens. If you are intolerant to foods your immune system produces raised levels of IgG antibodies in your blood. The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method we use measures these levels. This technology is well known for its accuracy and reproducibility.
What Happens Then?
You will receive one of two possible results from your blood analysis.
