SAMPLE OF THE IgG ELISA INTOLERANCE RESULTS

Please find enclosed your IgG ELISA food intolerance screening results and Food Intolerance Guidebook.  We strongly recommend you read your Food Intolerance Guidebook thoroughly so to ensure the success of your program.  It has been written to assist you in maximizing the benefit which can be gained from your results.  Your Guidebook provides information on avoiding and rotating foods, alternative food choices, helpful recipes, details on how to reintroduce foods, where additional support can be obtained, plus MUCH, MUCH MORE! Please contact Dr Lexis Johnson, PhD, HHP to have her analyze your report along with your diagnosed or undiagnosed health concerns.

Please Note: Your IgG ELISA food intolerance screening results are not intended to eliminate the need for
skilled medical advice/counsel and are not intended to be a replacement for any required medical attention.

From your blood sample, your Immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody reactions to foods have been categorized into the following three groups:

1). “NO REACTION” – These foods can be eaten without restriction.  However, if you are aware that any of these foods cause a non-IgG reaction in your body (i.e. - IgE-mediated, immediate, classical, etc.), please continue to avoid them in the manner you are accustomed to.  Also, if it is reported you are reactive to gluten (gliadin), be sure to avoid all gluten-containing grains (please refer to page 36 of this Food Intolerance Guidebook).

2). “ROTATE” – These foods are those where you have a moderate IgG reaction.  We suggest that you limit the intake of these foods and rotate them as explained in the Rotary Diet section of your Guidebook.

Please Note: It is the recommendation of our United States office that the “ROTATE”
foods should be treated as those reported in the “AVOID” column of your screening results.

3). “AVOID” – These foods are those where you have the most severe IgG reaction.  The grades of +1, +2, +3 and +4 reflect the antibody level and should all be treated the same.  It is important for you to make a strong effort to eliminate these foods from your diet entirely and you may be able to reintroduce them at a later date.  (Please refer to your Food Intolerance Guidebook.)  Some patients report feeling better anywhere from within a few days to a couple of weeks while others report withdrawal symptoms.  This withdrawal condition is usually only for a short period of time while the body adjusts to its new diet.

With your screening results, you now have a great opportunity to improve your health.  Our research, and that of the British Allergy Foundation, has shown those who rigorously alter their diet and work closely with the health professional of their choice obtain the greatest benefit.

Please Note: A positive reaction to Gliadin (Gluten) should not be interpreted as a diagnosis
of Celiac Disease.  If you are positive to Gliadin (Gluten), it is suggested that you
investigate in to whether or not you do in fact have Celiac Disease.

In addition to being provided a detailed report showing which foods your blood specimen was screened against, which foods tested as being positive (offending) and which foods tested as being negative (safe), you will receive your very own Food Intolerance Guidebook.  This support program contains over 45 pages full of valuable information ranging from the explanation of your results, how to interpret & follow them, recipes, food lists, a food family cross-reference guide, nutrition charts, progress checklists, dietary recommendations and a listing of various companies which provide products and literature you will find useful.
