ANTICANDIDA STRATEGIES

Your goal is to control the overgrowth of Candida yeast as it is impossible to completely eliminate it. It may take three to six weeks to balance your intestinal tract and reduce both the symptoms and the actual candida overgrowth. You can bring yourself back to a strong immune system by:

  • STOP EATING SUGAR! All of it… The average North American consumes 52 teaspoons of sugar daily, mostly in processed foods or bakery items. Avoid all sugar, soft drinks, soybean products and tofu, wine, beer, alcohol, vinegar, all fruit except lemon and lime juice, flour products, nuts and nut butters, as they “feed” the fungus of yeast.
  • Choose antibiotic-free turkey and chicken.
  • Powerful candida-killing substances; garlic, ginger, Echinacea, pau d’arco, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary. Eat these freely; raw in salads; as a tea; in a supplemental capsule; or in cooking.   • Consume 40 grams of fiber daily to keep the inner ecology of your intestines healthy and cleansed. It is always a good idea to cleanse internally on a regular basis. Diet Help: Plan for General Prevention of All problems:

    • Eat a minimum of 10 servings of organic vegetables daily and two ripe whole fruits (bear in mind that you will eliminate the fruits for the 3 – 6 weeks that you are attempting to reduce the candida in your system.)
